Ordering

What size should I buy?

If you’re not quite sure which size is right for you, refer to our size guides. They’re located underneath the available sizes for each of our products.

Can I cancel my order?

We completely get it, we change our minds too! While we wish could, once an order is placed, we are unable to alter or cancel it at this time. We hope to have a cancellation window one day in the future.

Should the item(s) not work out, make sure to exchange for a preferred style or return for a refund. As a reminder, domestic return shipping is free.

Embroidery

What items do you offer embroidery on?

Currently, we offer embroidery for lab coats and solid tops.

What types of embroidery do you offer?

Currently, we offer two embroidery options: text and custom logo/artwork. Additional embroidery options may be added in the future.

Embroidery can be positioned in the left chest or right chest area, or both. You can also choose to have both text and a logo embroidered on the same garment. Note: Currently, we do not offer embroidery on pockets. When ordering embroidery for a garment with a chest pocket located in the embroidery area, any embroidery will be positioned above the pocket.

Examples of text could include name, title, department, hospital or practice name. Up to two lines of text are allowed, with a maximum of 24 characters per line. For text embroidery, customer can select from various font and thread color options.

Do you offer embroidery on chest pockets?

Currently, we do not offer embroidery on pockets. When ordering embroidery for a garment with a chest pocket located in the embroidery area you have selected, any embroidery will be positioned above the pocket.

How do I place an embroidery order?
  • Go to our website at koihappiness.com.
  • Go to the product page for the lab coat or solid top you wish to have embroidered.
  • Fill out your size and color information and then check the box “Add Embroidery”.
  • Click on the “Add to Cart” button.
  • An Embroidery page will appear on your screen where you fill out the requested information and upload your logo/artwork file, if applicable.
  • Go to checkout and complete your order.

Please allow up to 10 business days for your embroidery order to be completed. Please note that within 10 business days of submitting your embroidery order, you will receive a proof via email to review and approve before your garments are embroidered.

How much does embroidery cost?

For text embroidery, we charge $9.99 per garment. This includes up to two lines of text, with a maximum of 24 characters per line.

For custom logo/artwork embroidery, we charge $9.99 per garment. In addition, there is a one-time set-up fee of $49 for logos/artwork. This fee is waived for orders of $500 or more.

Garments with both text and logo/artwork embroideries will be accessed the fees for both options.

How long does it take for embroidery orders to be completed?

Please allow up to 10 business days for your embroidery order to be completed. Please note that within 10 business days of submitting your embroidery order, you will receive a proof via email to review and approve before your garments are embroidered.

How do I submit my logo/artwork for embroidery?

When you fill out your embroidery order, you will be asked to upload your custom logo/artwork as a JPG, PNG or DST file. Your file must contain original art and not be a photo taken of your logo.

What types of logos/artwork are not allowed for embroidery?

Any text or logo/artwork you provide must not include any trademarked or copyrighted designs or works not owned by you or your organization unless you have written authorization from the trademark or copyright owners. By placing an embroidery order with us, you certify that your customization request does not infringe upon the rights of any third parties.

Will koi be offering other embroidery options in the future?

While our current embroidery options are limited to text and custom logos/artwork, we hope to add addition embroidery options in the future. If you are interested in embroidery options we don’t currently offer, please contact our customer service to let us know.

How do I select sizes and quantities for the items I want embroidered?

Locate the “Add Embroidery” button on the product page(s) for the item(s) you wish to have embroidered. After clicking on the “Add Embroidery” button, you will be able to select the sizes and quantities to be embroidered.

Can I get assistance with my embroidery order?

Are embroidery orders refundable?

No,embroideryorders are considered custom orders and are not eligible for exchange or refund.

Shipping, Returns & Exchanges

We use all major carriers, and local courier partners. You’ll be asked to select a delivery method during checkout.

What is the shipping policy?

Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email letting you know that our fulfillment team has received your order. Once your order is fulfilled, you will receive an email notification with your tracking information. Shipping fees are non-refundable in the case of returns.
