Ordering & Payment
When placing your order through the koihappiness.com site, you have the option of creating an account or using our guest checkout. Creating your own koi account allows you to store your contact and address information, adjust account preferences and view your order history.
Typically, your order will be filled and shipped by an authorized koi retailer. In some instances, your order may be filled and shipped directly by koi. In both instances, you will receive email confirmation and contact information for the party responsible for shipping your order.
You will receive an order confirmation number at the conclusion of your order process as well as an email confirmation of your order.
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number to allow you to track your order. You will also receive the contact information for the retailer that filled and shipped your order.
We accept the following methods of payment: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. Your credit card is not charged at the time you place your order. Items are charged to your credit card when they ship.If an item you order is unavailable, your credit card will not be charged for that item.
Items purchased on koihappiness.com and shipped to certain states may be subject to sales tax. In accordance with state tax laws, sales tax may be collected when the retailer shipping the order and the recipient’s shipping address are located within the same state. Sales tax will be applied at the time your credit card is charged, if applicable.
Currently, we do not ship orders outside of the United States. However, Canadian customers can place orders at koihappiness.ca.
