We take pride in the design and workmanship of every garment that carries the koi label. If you’re not 100% happy with any koi products, return it within 30 days of receipt and we’ll replace it or give you a refund.

To return an item purchased on this website, contact koi customer service at 800-828-4526 ext. 217 or web@koihappiness.com within 30 days of receipt of the item for a Return Authorization Number.

koi customer service will provide you with your Return Authorization Number and the address of where to send your return.

Next, package your item and return it to koi. Be sure to write the Return Authorization Number on the outside of your package. We highly recommend that you use delivery confirmation or tracking when sending your package.

Once we receive your return, we will send you a replacement or issue a refund.
